The banks do NOT accept all Short Sale proposals, which is why it is critical to work with an experienced agent who has performed them successfully in the past. It can be a very complicated and confusing process, especially if all paperwork is not completed with precision! Many files never even get reviewed due to the fact that they are lacking pertinent information, or are otherwise not complete.
