Do legs have to be completed in the regular swim – bike – run or bike – run order?
Only the first three (two for the duathlon) legs have to be done in swim – bike – run order (or duathlon bike – run order), after that they can be done in any order. This allows you to “bank” swim legs on Saturday or catch them up again on Sunday to make up the required number. Please see the Rules and Regulations for more information.
