No. Official estimates of the population shifts associated with the evacuation and relocation of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama residents are not available at this time. Therefore, explicit adjustment of the LAUS State estimates to reduce population and, in turn, labor force estimates in these three States and increase estimates in States such as Texas, Arkansas, and Georgia where evacuees relocated is not possible.
