Do Language Trainers provide an alternative location for lessons if the students home or workplace is unavailable or not a satisfactory working environment?

Generally it is only necessary to report to us in the monthly invoice and report(s). However, feedback on the first session with your student is greatly appreciated to make sure there are no issues; and other than that we require notification for lengthy holidays (if it requires more than 2 sessions to be rescheduled).
