Do landlords / agents need to have their home address on the site – can they use their office address?
Please note that formal communications between the local authority and registered persons/companies should go to the home or business address. The “contact address” relates to each property, and is the address to be listed on the public register. If an owner uses a professional agency, the contact address is most likely to be the agency, but confirmation of the owner’s details, notification of registration or refusal etc, should go to the owner directly.
