Uncircumcised, for both. If you are having unprotected sex, an uncircumcised penis feels better because the skin has movement which feels good. For oral sex, uncircumcised are far more fun because you can do more – move the foreskin up and down and play with it with your tongue etc. Also, I tend to find you need to do it less hard on uncircumcised men so your mouth gets less tired.
