Do L2/L organizers have to speak or teach at the meetings?
No. As a matter of fact, we would discourage anyone from turning this into a teaching time. Potentially, the leader might make a brief introduction as to what the message is and what the next series is going to be, but this is strictly an informational time. Most group leaders will open or close in prayer, but again, that is up to the leader and optional.
