Do Korean guys prefer dating only Korean girls?
I would say there’s a tendency to stay within the ethnic group Koreans being a highly close-knit people. But at the same time, I should also recall many Korean alpha-males ventured out of their ethnic group to date, and sometimes marry, a non-Korean girl. Former president Rhee, Syngman, and his political enemy Seo, Jaepil, aka Philip Seo, both married foreigners. I could say the ordinary ones might not be ‘man enough’ to date a girl he truly appreciates as a person, friend, and companion as the more talented and independent ones can, being emotionally mature. So don’t take it personally if a Korean guy seems to avoid you for any superficial reason; that’s less because he is a racist or too picky, but rather out of immaturity, which obviously involves fear of rejection by his blood relations and others in their ethnic group.
