Do Kindergarteners check books out too?
Yes they do! Our kinders are learning about the library and different subjects every week. We learn how to treat books correctly, we learn our “quiet place” mannners in the library & where items belong. When they pick out a book from the table tops, they bring it to the circulation desk, check it out and bring it back to their classroom for the week. They do not take the books home this first year.
