Do KIKO products contain nickel?
Nickel is never used as a component in the production of cosmetic products as it is specifically prohibited by the European Community; in fact, it is not found in the INCI (ingredient list) of any of our products. With regards to our complete ingredient list, which obviously complies with applicable laws, it is virtually impossible to make sure that the raw materials used do not contain infinitesimally small traces – in the order of parts per million – of certain substances which are not included in the aforementioned list, including nickel. Consequently, neither KIKO nor the other cosmeceutical manufactures can ever be completely certain that their products do not contain this particular metal.
