Do Jews Believe that Messiah Will Die For Their Sins?
Please understand the division of between believing in the Messiah and not. Those that believe in the Jew that died on the cross as the “king of the Jews” where already being tossed out of the synagogue. (Jn 9) So Yeshua was rejected by His own and His own have continually attempted to strip Him of His birthright. Why? No one around for the failed revolt which lead to the destruction of the Temple had known what it was like to: 1. Be free (not under Roman rule) 2. Not have the high priest chosen by Rome. After the destruction of the Temple for the second time….meaning the Jews felt compelled to build a second one when the first one was destroyed……an unplanned decision had to be made. In other words, Jews didn’t stop worshipping in the Temple because they where lead by G-d to conclude that to obey is better than sacrifice as Samuel told Saul. No!
