Do intraday charts show every tick when streaming?
Yes, streaming intraday charts show every tick although ticks are rolled up into bars. How bars are created depends on the frequency selected on the Time & Frequency tab. For an intraday chart, you can create bars in intervals of 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 30 minute bars or hourly. If you are looking at an intraday, 1-minute chart, all ticks in a one minute interval will be displayed in one bar with an open, high, low and closing price. Each minute a new bar would be created.
