Do interns have opportunities for full-time jobs following program completion?
Absolutely! Many interns have successfully transitioned into full-time employees. Internships are an excellent opportunity for managers to get to know you and for you to get to know Edwards. We strongly encourage our managers to hire interns who would be great potential employees. • How much interaction (if any) will new hires have with senior leadership, i.e. VPs or the CEO? Our university talent often has the opportunity to interact with senior leadership. The University Summer Program includes a series called “EW Leaders – Unplugged”. These sessions place our university talent and an executive leader in a small-group, interactive setting. You will get an opportunity to learn about that leader’s organization and have an opportunity to ask any questions. Additionally, Edwards’ leadership takes a lot of pride in their accessibility.
