Absolutely! Many interns and co-ops have successfully transitioned into full-time employees. Internships and co-ops are an excellent opportunity for managers to get to know you and for you to get to know Edwards. We strongly encourage our managers to hire interns and co-ops who would be great potential employees. • How much interaction (if any) will new hires have with senior leadership, i.e. VPs or the CEO? Our university talent (TDPs, full-time hires, interns, and co-ops) often has the opportunity to interact with senior leadership. The University Summer Program includes a series called “EW Leaders – Unplugged”. These sessions place our university talent and an executive leader in a small-group, interactive setting.
