Do intergalactic aliens exist and is there any evidence?
Technically humans could qualify as intergalactic aliens since we have done some space travel (though not outside out own galaxy). If intergalactic aliens do exist, it is likely only in the form of microbes or bacteria that attach themselves to meteors that travel farther than one galaxy.
Other than that, there is limited evidence to suggest that there are galaxy-traveling aliens. The only other proof one might be able to offer is that there are other dimensions, which could present a place for aliens to exist in various forms throughout the unknown universes.
