Do in-store Abercrombie & Fitch models have wear their clothes to work?

technicallyyyy…you are not required to wear clothes from A&F but you should wear clothes similar to the A&F style. the back of our associate discount cards state “associates are not required to purchase or wear A&F clothing or accesories” and the appearance/look policy in the associate handbook says: “We do not require that associates buy or wear clothing, accesories or other items from our stores. Associates should, however, wear clothes that are similar to the Abercrombie & Fitch brand. Associates are prohibited from wearing apparel or footwear that is clearly that of a competitor (i.e.- has an obvious label, name, logo, or identifiable trademark of a competitor).” so like i said, technically, you don’t have to wear the clothes, but most managers will ask that you but at least a few things from the store because they really don’t like it when you don’t wear A&F. also they prefer it if you wear navy, white or grey. it’s not too bad though we get a 30% discount on all regularly price
