Do iiNet offer Priority Assistance?
Priority Assistance is a service for residential customers who have (or have an individual at their residence who has) a diagnosed life threatening medical condition. The objective is to provide this group of customers with the highest service level practicably available at the time. Unfortunately at this time iiNet can not offer priority assistance. iiNet therefore recommends those customers in need of priority assistance take this into consideration before proceeding with an application.
