Do i write my in class, one page journals in essay form?
I personally always did my journals in essay format. Many of my professors said it wasn’t necessary, but I think that if you do it in essay format you are just covering your bases to make sure that you don’t miss anything. With a layout to follow, you know you will get in all of your points. Considering it is only one page, you may not need a full five paragraphs, four would probably suffice and maybe even three depending on the topic of the journal. If it is double spaced though then that changes things because if it is limited to one page you will not have enough room to do more than two paragraphs. If you have to double space I would say do two paragraphs, but get your intro, body, conclusion in anyways, just make your introduction and conclusion shorter, like one or two sentences each instead of a paragraph and let your body be the heftiest part of the journal entry.
