I say if you are in New England get the New England cod! New Englanders do good crab cakes but they are really known for their broiled or fried cod. Maybe see if you can find a great fish fry to go to. Like here at the Fisherman’s Feast held each year in Boston Massachusetts in its historic North End this weekend.
