Yes, unless you subscribe to a V CAST V-Pak plan. The minutes you use when browsing, previewing, purchasing and downloading in the V CAST Music store are applied to your monthly airtime allowance. (Note – No airtime is deducted from your airtime allowance for these V CAST Music activities if you have the V-Cast V-Pak feature activated on your account). If you exceed your allowance minutes while browsing and downloading, you will be charged the same rate as voice minutes over your airtime allowance. You do not use voice minutes when you play music on your phone that you’ve previously downloaded or transferred from your PC.

The minutes you use when browsing, previewing, purchasing and downloading in the V CAST Music store are applied to your monthly airtime allowance. (Note No airtime is deducted from your airtime allowance for these V CAST Music activities if you have the V-Cast V-Pak feature activated on your account or if you are a prepay customer). If you exceed your allowance minutes while browsing and downloading, you will be charged the same rate as voice minutes over your airtime allowance. You do not use voice minutes when you play music on your phone that you’ve previously downloaded or transferred from your PC. If you have a V CAST Music capable PDA/smartphone, using your phone for these activities will be billed as data usage per your data plan/feature or billed at 1.5 per KB if you do not subscribe to a data plan/feature.
