When applying for an expedited review, limited site review, or remediation in progress waiver, you must certify that a PA/SI has been completed. For non-regulated USTs, the SI can only be completed if sampling is performed around the UST pursuant to the Technical Regulations for Site Remediation, N.J.A.C. 7:26E.
