You need to renew your International Driving Permit once expired / due already if you are driving abroad. But there are places/country which let you drive for a certain period of time depends on which country are you from. Do check with the Automobile Association for this permit or laws. Note: International Driving Permit will ONLY BE VALID if there is a valid driving licensed (not expired).
