No. For the FY-2002 CAREER competition, the proposal Cover Sheet (NSF Form 1207, Pages 1 and 2) will be submitted electronically to NSF. No PI Cover Sheet certifications will be required for this competition and no paper copy of the Cover Sheet should be sent to NSF.
