season the flour make sure oil is hot enough dip chicken in flour then egg then wet breading then back to the egg and then back to the wet breading double up it will make it nice and crispy

hi im mike and yes if u want but my mom alway put season all salt black pepper and have a tea spoon of clabber girl baking powder in a 1gal zip lock and the rest is flower about half the bag of flower and 1/4 cup of the pepper or as u want and 1/4 cup of season all salt or as u want the put ur chicken in the bag zip shut a shake it up and ur ready to cook it hope this helped
