Do I require written permission to include a consultant in the PS Online system?
The Trading Partner Agreement states: “To the extent that personal information of individuals, as defined in the Privacy Act, is posted on the PS Online, the Supplier shall obtain the written consent of the individual concerned prior to posting such information.” In addition, the Operations Protocol for Suppliers states: “[Suppliers] must only enter on PS Online, information for consultants (names, rates, categories and specific skills) from whom they have received written consent;”
