Yes. For the product to function fully, a license key is required for every base URL that the product will be used through. For example, if you wish use the Ektron product through the IP address and the network name of your development site, you need two keys installed on that server, one for each base URL. Typically, you need at least one key for each site. Since standard Ektron licenses allow for only one primary URL and two development/staging URLs, you may require multiple licenses to use an Ektron product on all of your servers through all desired URLs.
