Do I receive con-ed credits?
You will receive a confirmation of your registration. EMSI uses a computerized system to monitor your attendance at the classes. This system takes your certification number and makes a bar code. This bar code is applied on your name badge and you are scanned into and out of each seminar/class you attend. This system records the class name, number of credits and the time you entered and exited the class. This information is processed and entered into the Statewide database. No matter what region you live in, you will receive your applicable con-ed credits within a few days of the end of the conference. If your expiration date is April 1, 2010, please let a conference staff member know as soon as possible while you are picking up your conference materials.
