Do I receive all RFPs and visitor contacts at a private e-mail account to follow up?
No. All requests for proposals, contacts and visitors landing at your booth will get in touch with you directly via the contact form at your booth. Therefore, please make sure that the e-mail addresses, phone numbers and all other contact information is correct, and updated. When you have a registered visitor contacting you directly at your booth, you will have an automated e-mail message to the e-mail address you have preferred for all correspondings, and you will see ”Visitor Message from 3D Business Travel & M.I.C.E Expo” as the title of the e-mail. Therefore, you don’t have to check your booth periodically to see if you have a visitor waiting for a quick reply. Your virtual representative is there for you 24 hours a day, 365 days.
