Do I qualify for Board Diplomate Status?
In order to qualify, you must be a physician, MD or DO, active or retired with formal training in psychiatry. You must submit clinical case studies and provide us with proper documentation. It may be a hospital admission or discharge or an office intake history. Please remove any direct reference to the patient such as name, medical record, hospital name or address as well as any other confidential information. Those cases should include but not limited to demographics, chief complain, history of present illness, past medical and psychiatric history, social and family history, MSE, diagnosis, treatment plan, case formulation and any other pertinent information. • Why become a member of AAPM?
