The Health in Pregnancy grant £190 everyone is entitled to that.The surestart maternity grant £500,is for people on qualifying benefits if your child tax credit is higher than the family element,I’m sure if your getting £36 ish you would be entitled to it. I get roughly what you get a week and Ive just applied for it for my daughter who is 16 and at College and is currently 34+3 days pregnant and I got it for her.It took about a week to go into her bank account. I would just apply for it and see what happens,in for a penny in for a pound…
