Do I pay for VisualKore periodically or only once? What happens when my license expires?
A VisualKore license lasts for exactly one year. During the time that a VisualKore license is active, one may use our download page to download the latest version of VisualKore, and one is eligible for email support. When your license expires, VisualKore will continue to work, and one is still eligible for free community support. But one won’t be able to download anything from our download page anymore, including any updates. So if your license has expired, then you are responsible to backing up your copy of the VisualKore installer. Please note that older versions of VisualKore may not always work on newer Ragnarok Online™ servers! As your Ragnarok Online server changes, VisualKore may also need updates in order to continue working. Think about support for new classes, support for new maps, and support for the RO server’s latest protocol. So although you don’t have to pay for VisualKore more than once, it is generally recommended that you renew your VisualKore license once a year.
