No you should be ok with just the passport. When you go on a cruise you are given a set sail pass which is a cruise ID. Since you are visiting by cruise most places want to see verification that you are on the cruise which would be your set sail pass. Also rarely is there someone at the dock checking passports you just get on and off the ship and walk around at your leisure. Also visa requirements are normally for people flying directly to a country or spending a certain amount of time there, for a cruise you will only be there a few hours.
