I have been from the UK to the Dominican Republic numerous times and have never needed any vaccines, I have however taken anti malarial tablets which the pharmacist can advise you of. I have not been to Cuba but I know of many people who have and the same has applied as with the Dominican Republic, they have only taken anti malarial tablets. Hope this has helped.
