No. We want people from a variety of different roles which is why we are publicising this throughout the Civil Service. The types of role are: • Generalist will encompass leadership roles, mentoring central or local government officials, general Project and Programme Management, Stabilisation leaders (at SCS level), secretariat posts and administrative support. • Advisors will provide strategy, policy direction and Programme Advice based around 15 key areas; • Specialists will deliver niche capability – so if you are for example a statistician, election monitor or accountant, we may need your expertise. So if your background and experience fits into any of these areas we would encourage you to apply.
