Do I need to use any special WaterMark Capital forms for taking loan applications, i.e. 1003?
No. You can use any generic 1003 and other forms required to take and submit loan applications. All of these forms, ECOA, TIL Right to receive appraisal, are available on calyx point software or other similar programs. It is imperative that you use MLDS (Mortgage Loan Disclosure Statement) instead of the GFE on all California loans. If you are unsure which disclosures you are required to send out, don’t hesitate to contact the corporate office.
