Generally speaking, If you are using the original ink in your printer than you don’t need to use cleaning cartridges when swapping to Suprachrome. If you have a non-original ink in your printer, or Ink that was not designed for your specific printer, or ink from a discount ink company, then this may cause problems. In these cases, cleaning cartridges should be used.
