Do I need to use a certain type of telephone to access ANZ Phone Banking?
To be able to access ANZ Phone Banking, you must use a touch tone telephone (or mobile telephone). Most modern phones will be able to access ANZ Phone Banking. One way to tell whether a phone is touch tone is to check the sound it makes: • touch tone phones make different sounds when different buttons are pressed • a rotary or pulse phone has the same sound regardless of the buttons pressed.
