Do I need to update the airport/runway database file every 28 days for the CPCalc to work?
No. However, it is highly recommended you update the airport/runway database on a regular 28 day cycle. This is the only way to assure you are using the latest runway data available. The CPCalc will work with an outdated database, it is however not recommended to do so. See Airport & Runway Database in the CPCalc Help section for more information.
