We suggest overwriting the existing installation of UltraEdit without uninstalling. This will maintain your current INI settings. You will be prompted as to whether or not you wish to overwrite your wordfile(s), and possibly your toolbars and menus. If your wordfile(s) are overwritten and you later wish to use your old wordfile(s), they are backed up in your %APPDATA% directory.
