When upgrading ShowShifter to version 2.0, you have two options: Remove the previous version • If you remove ShowShifter version 1.x first, this gives you a better starting point to begin with, but it is not necessary. Note: If you do uninstall ShowShifter version 1.x, you must restart your computer before installing version 2.0. Install v2.00 over v1.75 • You may install version 2.0 over the top of your current version 1.x installation • This option keeps your previous settings such as Channel mappings and IR settings. • If you choose this option make sure the settings for your preferred deinterlacer filter are correct.
