You do not need to uninstall older versions of NetMarks Manager before upgrading to a new version. Assuming the new version is installed to the same location as the previous version, NetMarks will recognize all of your existing databases and bookmarks, and no data will be lost during the upgrade. If you wish to backup your databases before upgrading, choose the File -> Database -> Backup option from the NetMarks Manager menu.
