No – you do not need to uninstall GenHead 3.0. However, it is not recommended that you install GenHead 3.1 to the same directory as GenHead 3.0 without uninstalling GenHead 3.0 first. In his case, it is recommended that you change the install directory when installing GenHead 3.1.
