Yes. You will want to turn off Pop-up blocking. Windows XP Service Pack 2 and tool bars like Google Toolbar and Yahoo Toolbar all include a pop-up blocking feature. Site-in-a-Box requires the use of pop-ups for various tools throughout the backend system, such as deleting records, exports, etc. If you are a content editor, you will need to allow pop-ups for your domain name. All of pop-up blocking software will allow you to add your domain name to the software’s ‘whitelist’. As an example, in Internet Explorer with Service Pack 2 (SP2), you go to Tools > Popup Blocker > Popup Blocker Settings > Address of Web site to allow: *.yourdomain.com > Add > Close Follow a similar procedure if you have any other type of pop- up blocker program.
