Do I need to sign up my residency program every time we want to enter data into different measure sets and/or every academic year?
No. When you sign up your residency program, it is permanently entered into the AOA CAP for Residencies database. Therefore, your residency program can participate in any or all of the CAP measure sets, e.g. diabetes, COPD, coronary artery disease, etc., on a continuous basis without every having to sign up again.
