Do I need to sign the National Library of Canada Non-exclusive License to Reproduce Theses?
This licence gives the National Library of Canada permission to disseminate your thesis. It is non-exclusive, so you can publish all or part of it as you wish. While the National Library considers student participation in this program to be voluntary, Dalhousie, like other Canadian universities, requires that all theses be publically available and students are required to sign this permission.
