The data call is only applicable to carriers that are selling managed care plans in Texas. The managed care plan may be a preferred provider benefit plan or a health maintenance organization (HMO). If you do not have any PPBP forms filed with the department and your company is not a HMO, then you do not need to respond to the data call.
