Do I need to remove staples or sellotape from the cardboard first?
A. You do not need to remove staples or sellotape from large boxes as these will be recycled and can be removed automatically in the recycling process. However, it does help if you can remove large amounts of parcel tape before putting the cardboard in your orange bin. If you have toy boxes for your orange bin, please ensure any plastic/polythene film in the boxes is removed beforehand.
