If you have a new mobile phone, you will need to download and install the BlueWhaleMail application onto the new mobile phone. If you have a new mobile number but keep your old handset and remain with the same mobile network provider then you will not have to do anything – BlueWhaleMail will continue to work. If you have a new mobile number because you have changed mobile network provider then please see Changing the mobile network provider you use for BlueWhaleMail. If you already have the application on your mobile phone, you do not need to install it again. You should remove BlueWhaleMail from your old phone before disposing of it.
