On or before cut-off day, Shipper (or Freight Forwarder) must show the original certificate of ownership (title) of the vehicle and fill out a U.S. Customs Cover Letter for validation by a U.S. Customs officer. In addition, Shipper or Forwarder must also file AES (Automated Export System) electronically.
