Do I need to provide graingerlets with references?
Once your offer is accepted, you will be asked to fill out an applicant form which will enable us to take up references on you which will include a credit search. If you have recently arrived in this country and a credit search not be possible or if the credit search is inconclusive you will need to provide either: 1. A UK Guarantor – if you have a UK guarantor who is willing to guarantee the full rent, we can reference them and ask them to act as guarantors on your behalf for the length of the tenancy. 2. Rent in advance – If you have no guarantor but are willing to pay 6 months rent and 6 weeks deposit in advance we would consider this option.
